Before handover
Cancel up to 3 hours before the start time: full fare refund, deposit released.
Cancel inside 3 hours: 30% of the fare is kept as a no-show buffer, deposit released.
No-show at handover: 50% of the fare is kept.
After handover
The trip has started. Early return does not refund unused hours unless the partner agrees in writing.
DriveBee or partner cancellation
If we or the partner cancel before handover, you receive a full refund of fare and deposit, and we will help you rebook.
Weather and force majeure
Heavy rain, flooding on the Musi, ORR closures, or authority orders may delay handover. We will reschedule or refund the fare.
