What do I need to rent?
A driving licence, PAN and Aadhaar. You upload them once — after that every booking is a few taps. You must be 21 or over.
How does the deposit work?
The deposit is collected at the partner desk when you pick the vehicle up, and returned when you bring it back. Only the fare is paid online.
What is the difference between Limited and Unlimited?
Limited includes a set number of kilometres per day and charges a per-km rate beyond it. Unlimited has no kilometre meter and costs a little more per day.
Who pays for fuel?
You do. Cars go out full and should come back full — the fuel rule for each car is shown on its page before you book.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full refund, 24 hours for 75%, and 6 hours for 50%. Inside 6 hours the fare is not refunded.
What if I return it late?
Tell the desk. Extra hours are billed at the same daily rate, pro-rated, and any kilometres over your package are settled on the odometer at return.
