DriveBee Mobility Private Limited, Hyderabad, is the data fiduciary for this platform under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
Mobile number, name, date of birth, driving licence, Aadhaar or other KYC as required, booking history, vehicle telemetry during a trip (location, speed, ignition) when the partner device is on, device data, and support chats.
Why
To verify you, run the booking, take payment, prevent fraud, meet RTO and police requests, and improve the product. Location during an active trip is used for handover, geofence, and incident response. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share with
The partner who owns the car you booked, payment processors, SMS/email providers, and authorities when Indian law requires it. Servers are in India.
How long
KYC and trip records are kept for at least five years for tax and motor-claim purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
