Security deposits
The deposit is blocked or collected at booking. It is released within 5–7 working days after a clean return (no damage, no fines, fuel matched, returned on time). Bank timelines may add 2–3 days.
Fare
Prepaid fare is refundable if you cancel within the window in the cancellation policy. After handover, unused hours are not refunded except where DriveBee or the partner cannot provide the car.
Failed bookings
If the partner cannot hand over the booked car, we refund the fare and deposit in full within 5 working days, or move you to an equivalent car with your consent.
How
Refunds go to the original payment method. UPI and cards: 5–7 working days. Net banking: up to 10 working days.
Disputes
Write to billing@drivebee.in with the booking ID. Hyderabad consumer courts and the National Consumer Helpline remain available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
