DriveBee Mobility Private Limited (“DriveBee”, “we”, “us”) operates a self-drive car rental platform from Hyderabad, Telangana. By creating an account or booking a vehicle you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are

2. The service
DriveBee lets you book self-drive cars from partner fleets across the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, including GHMC, Cyberabad, Shamshabad (RGIA), Secunderabad, Gachibowli, Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Kondapur, and the Outer Ring Road corridor. You drive. The partner remains the registered owner.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driving licence recognised in India, and complete KYC before handover. International licences must be accompanied by a valid passport and visa.
4. Booking and handover
A booking is confirmed only after payment of the estimated fare and security deposit. Keys are handed over once at the agreed location. Inspect the vehicle, note existing marks on the checklist, and photograph the four sides, odometer, and fuel level before you leave.
5. Your duties
Drive only on permitted roads in India. Do not sub-let, race, tow, or carry commercial goods unless the booking says so. Follow the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Hyderabad traffic rules. Tolls, parking, FASTag top-ups, and traffic fines are yours.
6. Fuel and range
Return the car at the same fuel level as handover, or we charge the difference at pump rate plus a refuel fee. EV bookings must be returned at the stated charge percentage.
7. Damage, theft, and insurance
Partner vehicles carry motor insurance. The security deposit covers excess, missing parts, interior damage, and delayed return. Report accidents to the police, the partner, and DriveBee within two hours. Do not admit liability.
8. Platform role
DriveBee is a technology platform. The rental contract for the car is between you and the partner. We are not the owner of partner cars unless a listing says “DriveBee fleet”.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on drivebee.in/legal/terms on the date of your booking applies.
