At pickup and at return
Before the vehicle leaves the desk, the front, rear, left and right sides and the odometer are photographed, and the vehicle is filmed in a walkaround. The same set is taken again at return, so any question about damage is settled on evidence both sides can see.
Fuel and late returns
Who pays for fuel? You do. Cars go out full and should come back full — the fuel rule for each car is shown on its page before you book.
What if I return it late? Tell the office. Extra hours are billed at the same daily rate, pro-rated, and any kilometres over your package are settled on the odometer at return.
Cancelling
A full refund when you cancel 48 hours or more before pickup; 75% of the fare refunded when you cancel 24 hours or more before pickup; 50% of the fare refunded when you cancel 6 hours or more before pickup; no refund when you cancel less than 6 hours before pickup.
